Live Koi

We offer an overnight courier service for all of our live koi for just £30 per box. Multiple fish can be sent per box, the quantity will depend on the fish sizes. Get in touch for more details or if you have any questions.  Please note that delivery is to UK Mainland only and excludes the Scottish Highlands.

Couriered Koi will be shipped in two 200-gauge polythene fish transportation bags, which will be placed into a double-walled cardboard box manufactured with superior grade twin-fluted corrugated board for extra strength and durability.

 

Purchases of over £500 of koi include free shipping. Shipments can be sent on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday for next-day delivery before 12 noon. Please let us know during checkout which delivery date you would like. We can also hold purchased koi if you are setting up a new pond or have water issues you would like to resolve before adding new fish. Please contact us to discuss.

Koi can also be collected from our premises near Chepstow, please make an appointment through our Contact Us page below or get in touch. Same-day appointments are usually fine, though please call first to check if you’re wanting to book within 24 hours.

Dry Goods

Delivery is £8.95 per order for most dry goods, with some more expensive delivery charges applicable for very heavy or long items. Depending on the size and weight of the package(s), we use Royal Mail for small packages and DPD courier for larger items. Please note delivery for dry goods is typically 2-5 working days and items may be sent in separate packages.

Occasionally, we may need to order in an item if we do not have it available in stock. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible and please allow an extra 1-2 working days for delivery.

Certificates

All Identification Certificates include free postage. Digital certificates will be sent via email as soon as they are ready. Physical certificates ordered with koi will be sent in the box if courier shipping is selected or will be available for collection with the fish. Physical certificates ordered for past koi purchases will be sent for free via Royal Mail.

Gift Cards

All our Gift Cards are digital and can be sent directly to the email address of the recipient or to your email address. Gift Cards are sent immediately after purchase, however, please allow 5-10 minutes for the email to arrive.
